Take 5 Oil Change

The workers act as if they did not know how to put the filters back in my car. I was called back to return to the location due to them leaving the cap off of my power steering fluid. My air no longer was blowing out the vents as well once they removed the filters. I’m not sure what they did or touched or broke. The only resolution was half off of my next visit. Horrible!! The manager Phillip Hornsby was very rude with no offer of resolution to the damages his location caused. I don’t know if they are all in training but I would not recommend this location on Washington rd Martinez ga to anyone. I reached out to corporate to let them know what happen as well. 1 star for the oil change only… VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER PHILLIP!

Angel P coordinated the whole service. She & her team did a great and quick job. She was honest, professional and helpful through the whole oil change. I would go back &/or recommend this take 5! Also i was greeted & offered bottled water. a nice extra touch of customer service

After the oil change, my truck developed drain plug/oil pan issues that spiraled into a complete mess. The vehicle was moved around, I was given inconsistent explanations, and at one point it was started without oil while it was out of my possession. The attached photo is from that incident, showing oil leaking under the truck in the lot. Not long after, the engine seized and the truck was ultimately declared a total loss. I had to speak with at least three different managers and still could not get a straight, consistent answer about what actually happened. Instead of transparency, I got finger-pointing, confusion, and constant runaround. It honestly felt like I had to do backflips just to get basic information out of anyone. Even neighboring Pep Boys technicians seemed to have more clarity than Take 5 did. From there, I got dragged through over a month of delays, insurance headaches, rental issues, and constant follow-up just to get paid for a truck I brought in fully running for a routine service. None of t
